On Wednesday 12th December, The Washington Group met John Gilly at BBC Radio Lancashire. Debbie Terras, Director TWG and Dr Nic Rowley, BPM Sports, represented the International Women’s day Festival committee.
It was a great opportunity to showcase the Festival and provide an overview of why it is so important. We were very proud to explain to BBC Radio Lancashire listeners about the impact the Festival will make to young women, businesses and schools. We are planned to go back In January and February to give John an update.
