The Washington Group in partnership with RenaissanceDLL Training, are proud to be able to offer the 1st LGBTQ+ accredited Level 3 course. The course, written by Shughie Morrison, explores the culture and history of the LGBTQ+ community, equality legislation, sexual orientation and LGBTQ+ rights. The course is suitable for anyone who has responsibility for HR I n their organisations, for those who work within the LGBTQ+ community, youthworkers, community workers, volunteers, NHS staff, statutory and public services and anyone in business or the community. It embraces and supports equality and equitable fairness across our communities. This course will embed equality in organisations and companies to support a fair workplace and community environments.
