We can confirm, that this year, as a collective group of young people, organisations, business, youth groups, schools and colleges, we are organising an International Men’s Day conference for young men and community members. 

We are co-creating an event that promotes community engagement and inclusive practice which also highlights the positives of the amazing work here on the Fylde Coast which supports men, as well as address the many issues impacting on men, i.e. gambling, physical health, sexuality, mental health, death by suicide, county lines, criminality and identity, and more. We also want this to be an event to celebrate men and to have some activities that are fun and enjoyable. 

You can get involved, either:

• Be a participant on the day and bring your group/pupils/students
• Deliver a workshop
• Have an information stall
• Support planning the event 

The conference will be intergenerational and will take place on Friday 17th November 9.30 to 4pm at Blackpool Football Club.

This event will include both schools and organisations alongside a social media campaign and promotions.
