LGBTQ+ Course
The Washington Group in partnership with RenaissanceDLL Training, are proud to be able to offer this LGBTQ+ accredited Level 3 course. The course, written by Shughie Morrison, explores the culture and history of the LGBTQ+ community, equality legislation, sexual orientation and LGBTQ+ rights.
The course is suitable for anyone who has responsibility for HR in their organisations, for those who work within the LGBTQ+ community, youthworkers, community workers, volunteers, NHS staff, statutory and public services and anyone in business or the community. It embraces and supports equality and equitable fairness across our communities. This course will embed equality in organisations and companies to support a fair workplace and community environments.

This is a 6month course and will be a mix of webinar sessions and blended learning
